Estate Planning

An estate plan plays an essential role in preserving wealth for the future. As experienced financial professionals, we specialize in creating estate plans for individuals and business owners to safeguard their wealth. We employ a number of proven tax planning strategies to ensure that your beneficiaries are minimally taxed on your assets, and that the funds will be transferred to them in an organized and timely manner. When we develop your estate plan, we’ll tailor it to your desires, time frame, and financial situation to ensure it’s a true reflection of your goals.

Strategic Tax Planning is devoted to delivering unparalleled customer service with a personal touch. We firmly believe that the most important step in designing an appropriate estate plan is listening, so we take the time to learn all we can about each of our clients before we start building their unique plan. We then outline an estate plan to match their particular needs and preferences, while protecting assets for their beneficiaries.

While estate planning may sound like it is only for those with significant wealth, a well thought out estate plan can benefit anyone. It is vital that your family knows your wishes for not only distribution of your assets, but also for your care in the event you suffer a terminal illness or are incapacitated due to an injury. It is never a good idea to leave such issues to chance while hoping that your family knows your wishes.

We are Certified Legal Document Preparers.  The Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 7-208 (A) defines a legal document preparer as “an individual or business entity certified to prepare or provide legal documents, without the supervision of an attorney, for an entity or a member of the public who is engaging in self representation in any legal matter.” This means that in Arizona you only need a lawyer if you are going to trial or need to be represented legally. If you only need legal documents, you can use a legal document preparer that has been certified by the State Supreme Court.  At no extra charge we provide witnesses and a notary for the signing of these documents and will maintain copies of your documents at our offices.
